1. Delivery Areas
Excelsior Workwear delivers nationwide within South Africa through The Courier Guy, our delivery fulfilment partner. Deliveries outside South Africa, including destinations within the SADC region, will be quoted separately and are subject to courier availability and applicable customs requirements.

2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the delivery address, parcel weight, dimensions and selected service. Applicable charges will be communicated at checkout or confirmed in your quotation.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, order processing, destination and courier operations. Customised and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

4. Free Delivery
Any free-delivery offer is subject to the qualifying order value and conditions specified by Excelsior Workwear. Unless otherwise stated, free delivery applies to eligible domestic orders only.

5. Delivery and Collection
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Courier collection points or lockers may be available in selected areas, subject to The Courier Guy’s service availability. Collection directly from Excelsior Workwear must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure that an authorised recipient is available to receive the order. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries or re-delivery where permitted and communicated.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and report any visible damage, shortages or incorrect items to Excelsior Workwear as soon as reasonably possible.

8. International Deliveries
All deliveries outside South Africa will be quoted separately. International shipping charges exclude customs duties, import taxes and other destination charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery is subject to destination-country regulations and customs clearance.

9. General Conditions
Excelsior Workwear will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates. All delivery arrangements remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant courier service.
